Refund

Hi on 26Jan.23 i purchase tickets online which I did not get confirmation, contact the event and computicket they confirm there's nothing on their side. 27Jan.23 purchase again with confirmation received but knw my account is debit twice, I email my bank statement to show proof, a week later computicket response there finance department can't see transactions I must sent again my bank statement. Still no reply from computicket.
