R600 seating arrangement for sonu nigam show

We bought 5xR600 tickets to watch the Sony Nigam show in Durban. When we booked online it showed us that all our tickets was in a horizontal line next to each other but when we got there we were not seated together but separated, which was 1 problem. 2nd problem was some of us was viewing a wall and was not able to see anything. We missed over an hour of the show trying to rectify that problem, not forgetting others were not seated in their correct seats due to the same problem. The computicket assistant's present was very rude and made it seems like we were dumb and did not know how to book, this is not the first time we booked online, we book all the time. After missing out on the show for over an hour and walking around with usher's we are placed in the R250 seating but we paid for R600 seats. R3000 is a lot of money to pay and to be treated that way and then sit in R250 seats.
