Quick to take your money.. But service you'll never get it.

I bought a flight ticket from them sometime back now I want to change the dates and I know I'm supposed to pay a penalty fee or something but these people haven't been helpful. I've been trying to get ahold of them for the past 2 weeks as I need to travel next week. I've sent them an email, called, DM'd them even went to ShopRite but still no assistance.

It's really inconveniencing me as they're not even communicating even ShopRite tellers will tell you " they don't know". Is there a way to report them like Ombudsman or something, because I really have to go next week
