<p>I made a purchase online for the Lions rugby game and did so for the parking too! No where does it indicate how the parking works. On so Enquiry a friend tells me it's 120 per person for the park and ride option. To this I call in to cancel the park and ride on the same day to purchase the other parking option of 130 for the car to park close to the stadium. I was told I will be penalized because it's like 5/7 days before the game! What? I just made the booking! I then asked for a manager. I got to speak to Neo Mogale who advised the penalty will not apply the money will be reimbursed and I will have to make a new booking as they cannot only cancel the parking! It's been more than 2 weeks still no refund! Still no follow up from Neo who now changed his tune and will go and listen to the recording! Pathetic service just wants your money! I will not buy from you again! I want my money back! </p>
