Promises not kept.I want a refund.

On Saturday the 5th of March at 1:18 pm I purchased 5 tickets for the Aussie circus in Port Elizabeth. I was booking for the show on the 12th of March at 10:00 am. For whatever reason the booking changed to 5 March at 10:00 am. I only noticed this when I printed the tickets on the 8th of March. I called your call center and spoke to Antonio who said they cannot change a booking for a past event and I told him then your system should not have allowed a booking for a past event. I bought the tickets at 1:18 pm and it booked tickets for a 10:00 am show. He said he has logged a query and someone would call me back before 5 pm on the following day, 9 March. No one called me. I called again around 6 pm and spoke to Noluthando who advised that her supervisor was not aware of this query and could not assist. She said that Antonio would call me first thing in the morning of the 10th of March. No one called. I have now spent over R100 on calls to you.<br> <br> I want the tickets changed to the 12th of March as I initially booked for. If that is not possible I want a full refund of my tickets.<br>
