Problems

Every month our organization buys and sends out 17 virtual grocery vouchers - valued at R5300 - and every month we encounter some problem with the vouchers - not being sent out - or 1 or 2 of the vouchers do not go through to the recipient cellphone - although all data is checked to make sure it is the right number - and now like this month - payment will not go through - you punch everything - from window to window on the Computicket website pages - and when it gets to the OPT entry window - after receiving the OPT number - punched in - won`t go through. Now there are 17 needy people out there waiting for this voucher. You write to customer care - and don`t get answers. I have been trying since the 1st to do this.
