Poor Service by Computicket

Computicket is denying to have made an error by not reserving a bus ticket I booked on the 22 July 2022 to travel on 05 August 2022 at 19:45 (***). Instead of them re-reserving the booking they are telling me about the refund, ignoring that I'm not looking for a refund my daughter needs the buy this Friday...I had to pay extra for another booking, this time I used the bus service provider directly...(Computicket turned out to be useless and unprofessional) . How does it turn out to be my duty to go to Shoprite / Checkers stores in order to get a refund, yet the booking was done online via computicket.com I better have my full refund!
