Poor service

I bought a ticket using online on the 22nd of July and the computicket page kept on loading after I accepted the approve it message from my bank until it gave an error but the money went out of my bank account, I thought that I will receive a reference or email and waited a day or 2 but nothing came through. I made contact on the 24th of July and spoke to Zintle Maphala and she said I should send an email with the information she asked for and I did the same day. What infuriates me is the lack of communication, to this day I'm not sure if she received the email or not, or how long it take resolve the issue. I phoned again yesterday and I was told that she will call me back after 10 min, which I never received that call. I'm very dissatisfied with the service I'm receiving.
