Poor service

Am so dispponted at computicket company i bought ticket online which state i can send a third party to collect my ticket in one of they rules and when i send a 3rd person u say u cant provide with the tickets wht kind of service are you giving why put rules and go agaist them wht kind of service are you giving why put rules and go agaist dem
