Poor service!

On the 06/02/2016 I contacted Computicket to purchase tickets for Gold Reef City.I was advised by the operator that there are no tickets available and that I should call back on the 07/02.I then logged online to purchase tickets and was unable to utilise my GOLD REEF REWARDS programme to obtain the discounts @ R130PP.However I was able to purchase the tickets online for the normal value of R185PP.<br> I was advised that this is not the first instance whereby computicket refused to allow a discount to be processed using GOLD REEF REWARDS.<br> This is unacceptable and poor service!<br> Do not advertise if you cannot meet the clients needs
