Poor digital experience

I want to make you aware that your website is incredibly buggy. Almost nothing works like it is supposed to. Screens freeze or doesn't load and the buttons malfunction continually. The dates keep jumping back to the previous month and often the colour of the text is the same as the background which makes it invisible. I then tried the mobile app and am unable to proceed past the point where I need to pay. It tells me I have 15 minutes but the button doesn't appear to click through to payment. I then tried to call centre that dropped my call. Seriously?
