Payment system didn't work for me

I tried to book tickets to the Parkers Comedy show for Valentines day for the past 2 days, but every time I tried to make a payment with my FNB Visa card, it threw back some error, I cannot recall the details. I think it was error 05. I tried again today, and now the tickets are all sold out. I am quite upset. My card has NO problems making payment on any other site that utilizes VISA.
