Pay Back the Money

On the 6th of August I attempted to purchase 4 tickets on the Computicket app on my phone as I have done numerous times previously. I logged in and purchased 4 tickets for West Side Story at the Baxter theatre, I received a OTP from my bank and submitted it. A message appeared on my screen that said\ Contact your Bank in connection with 3D payment". As this has never happened before and as I was not informed that my purchase was successful I tried again only to receive the same message regarding the 3D payment. Needless to say I was frustrated as this had never happened before so I proceeded to get one of my guest to go onto Computicket and she then purchased 4 tickets for the show successfully! I subsequently received no further communication from Computicket.<br> Imagine my alarm when 5 minutes into the show I receive a missed call which a subsequently return the following day and get informed that both sets of tickets were at the Theatre for collection! I have been debited for a total R 2 900 that I never received. I have raised this issue with computicket and they have repudiated my claims on grounds that they sent a confirmation that I never received. """
