PAY BACK MY MONEY

I booked Intercape bus tickets to Harare Zimbabwe for Johannesburg on Saturday and the sales consultant made a mistake upon makikng the bookings. Only when i had got to the Park station for check in mI was told I was not on the bus list and could not travel.<br> <br> I have gone back to the office of purchase, and no one has been of help, I am kindly requesting for someone to get back to me with at least my refund of R2100 and not petty apologies. why should I forfeit my money because of your consultant's mistake. <br> <br> I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE FOR AN ORGANISATION WHICH IS SUPPOSEDLY TO BE AT PEOPLE'S CONVENIENCE AND NOT ***********. I await a positive feedback.
