Pathetic service/ *******/Give out personal info to strangers

I am extremely disappointed and upset from the services i received from computicket as well as Checkers. I bought Disney on Ice Tickets and i went to the checkers at the East Rand Retail park to collect, the lady asked me for my credit card and I gave it to them, then she said "sorry but they cannot seem to print my tickets can I go to another checkers to print them." I then went to the Checkers in Bardene, followed the same procedure and got my tickets. Then a few days later I receive a call from a random lady saying she has MY tickets with her and that when she went to pick up her tickets they gave her my tickets, and she obviously did not have my credit card or ID but they gave her my tickets.

What makes matters worst computicket released my personal information to a third party WITHOUT my consent and told this lady that she must sort it out with me, which is ******* and against the Poppi act. This lady was kind enough to make me aware of what computicket and checkers had done.

I spoke to Computicket and Checkers about this matter and sadly to say not one of them followed up nor even had any remorse for what they had done. I was so stressed that my credit card info was given out because of the poor service offered by Checkers and computicket. I will never recommend Checkers East Rand retail park nor Computicket as I think both services stink!
