Pathetic Service from Computicket

Last Tuesday i was givent the option to reserve tickets for the Ed Sheeren concert in Cape Town, I paid for these tickets only to be called two days later to say the payment was unsuccessful. The consulted then explained to me that i would be refunded and could repurchace these tickets as they were still reserved. I did this ( by now i have paid for the tickets twice) and thankfully have my concert tickets. Since then i have been trying to call them to find out when i will be refunded, but i can never get through to a consultant - my call keeps being cut off. They haven't even responded to my emails.

This is pathetic and I need my money!!!
