Pathetic service and misleading

<p>I have just realised that computicket does not accept debit cards on online purchases. </p> <p>Last week I made a purchase online with a debit card and accepted confirmed by bank as well as computicket transaction went through I have a email confirmation of the purchase. I went to Lenasia South Shoprite Checkers I was told that the reference was invalid as well as my card used to purchase. </p> <p>I have contacted computicket no one has bothered to contact me. </p> <p>My profile also says I have no transactions if that's the case then why confirm the purchase. </p> <p>I need my ticket if not they must refund me money. </p>
