Pathetic online booking system

Computicket is by far the worst ticket sales system in South Africa and seems to be stuck in 1980. When trying to book online for concert tickets, it automatically allocates the worst seats in the chosen seating area even if there are better seats available and it does not allow buyers to choose a better seat. This was confirmed to me by the call center. However, if you then choose the better (and available!) seats through the call center, you cannot print online and, in my case, cannot collect it at the venue. So you are instructed to go to Checkers to pick up the tickets. Someone should perhaps let Computicket know it is 2018 and there are very able web designers who can assist them to update their systems to allow paying customers to choose the seats they want. Unless this is a purposeful technique to get rid of bad tickets at the highest possible price? Either way, Computicket is sabotaging itself by alienating customers on the buyers and sellers spectrum with their manipulative and outdated online booking system and it is no surprise that other online ticketing systems are fast becoming the preferred route for customers.
