Pathetic information for ticket printing, hotline useless

Booking was fine. So one star for that. But informations before the show regarding the ticket and printing are pathetic.

Hotline busy and they don't call back timeously despite giving that option.

I got an actual email with a link to print the ticket just to be left a lone after tedious login (finding/retrieving password) without any option on that website nor any information.

On forums people told me that for some shows you can't print yourself. Hello? Then don't send links to print or at least give some info after logging in.
