Pathetic customer service

BA cancelled a flight that was scheduled for the 20th September 2021. An agent from Computicket called me the morning of travelling to inform me of the decision taken by British Airways to cancel all their flights from/to East London. I have been waiting for my refund that was meant to take 7 working days. It’s almost a month of waiting for them. The service is pathetic as if I was the one at fault.
