Pathetic beyond

This is pathetic i baught vouches for my staff 55 of them the money went off my account but did not get any vouchers 1st the agent told me the transaction declined then now its showing processing and i have to wait for two days what is the point in having a service that is suppose to be immediate! our year end function is tonight and the vouchers should be handed out there! Absolutely pathetic client service
