pathetic attitude

<p>I went into the computicket at eastgate and received such bad attitude at the counter. It was my first time booking thorugh computicket and a bus ticket at that too. I think it was totally inappropriate to be little me in such a busy environment with so many people around. please fix this as I still don't have my ticket yet... I basically walked out firstly missing the cheapest rate and secondly totally humilated!!! such a bad impression made on a first timer</p>
