Paid, no tickets

I bought tickets on computicket, paid and received an sms with my printable link. After i logged in, the website stated 0 transactions. I sent an email, and called twice after they stated my email address was wrong on my profile. I corrected it twice on the website and also telephonically. They mentioned they will escalate the matter as they cant just resend the link to my corrected email adress. It has now been a week, and i still dont have my tickets or a reply. Terrible service!!!!
