Paid for booking - No tickets available

I booked and paid for tickets for the Live Reunion World Tour concert at Sun Arena on 10 Nov 2017 through the Computicket website and used their secure 3D payment option and select collection at the store.

However when I went to our Checkers at Middelburg Mall they could not pick up my booking.

I sent my bank statements reflecting the payment as wel as the confirmation that I received from ********** and a copy of my ID.

I spoke and e-mailed Yavish Sukdeo. Up to date I have not received my tickets and no feeback.
