Outstanding service

<p>Tonight, the 7th of April at 19:40 I called Computickets helpline to assist with helping me with editing my booking. </p> <p>A man answered (whoms name I just cant remember - blaming it on the adrinaline). He was just so friendly and prompt in helping me. Just as we wanted to seal the deal, my airtime ran out! After recharging, I called back, but did not get the same friendly voice. I left my phone number, and in 2 minutes, he called me bac****!! We finished the transaction quickly and to my relief! Thank you soooooooo much Mr Computicket-man! </p>
