Outstanding refund!!!!!!!

Since November 29, I have been experiencing difficulties in obtaining a refund. I have made numerous attempts to contact customer service through various channels, including WhatsApp and the provided email addresses, but have yet to receive a response.

When I attempt to call, I am either disconnected or informed of high call volumes. The assistance I have received via WhatsApp has been unsatisfactory, as no one seems to provide adequate answers or guidance. Additionally, my emails have gone unanswered. This has been the most frustrating service experience I have ever encountered. I kindly request assistance from someone who is knowledgeable about the process.
