Not happy with the service

Not happy with the service. Better go to retail outlets when you need a ticket. I bought a ticket online on Saturday for Sunday. Just to be told they did not receive the payment later that day. To retail outlet. I have to spend another R400 for a bus ticket. Now they have it. When I send email no one responded. If Computicket value us as customers please do something with your system.
