No ticket sent after payment made

Bought a ticket on this site and paid with my card, system DID NOT send me a ticket and when i called i was told its a payment error, and asked to send PROOF OF PAYMENT I proceeded to send a copy of my bank statement cause I mean its a card payment not an eft. These people insisted on a proof of payment and DID NOT REFUND ME.
