No response on any contact platform

I've sent an email requesting assistance on tickets I've purchased and can't get a response. I've sent 3 emails, a whastapp, tried calling but it says you're unable to transfer me due to call volumes and leaving a contact me response on the site since Monday 4th November (which just doesn't work) and still no one has responded to me. Not even an automated response with turnaround time.
