No refunds where refund is due

O rating from me. I booked to and fro British airways flights between Jhb and PE in 2020 before COVID restrictions, in march 2020 heavy restrictions were imposed,could not fly,tried to get a refund since then, no success. British airways did refund it's passengers but in my case the money never made it to them. I still have reference numbers of my tickets.
