No refund to date

I bought Swan Lake tickets online. I have tried to phone Computicket numerous times to get my refund due to the show being on the 19th of April 2020 (During lockdown). The online site only states that all online tickets will be reimbursed, but I did not receive a payment to date. When trying to phone, I hold for between 5 to 10 minutes without the phone being answered.

When I went to Checkers Computicket Somerset West, they advised me that they can't assist with online bookings.

This was a Christmas present from my parents to myself, my sister and my daughter.

I am appalled by this service.
