No REFUND on Bus booking

I booked a bus with Computicket on the 21st of December 2017 from Midrand to East London, two hours later I cancelled the booking with a computicket agent over the phone who confirmed that payment would be make within 3-7 working days. It is now the 10th working day with no refund made into my account. When call the call Centre, they tell me that I must keep checking my account. This is totally unprofessional. When I called today, the agent told me my Ref number is no longer on their System.

This ruining my travel plans to go back to Gauteng!!!
