No home printing option

I purchased tickets online to the House and Garden Show so that I wouldn't have to stand in line at the ICC - Isn't that the purpose of Computicket?<br> However, only after payment and receiving the e-mail confirmation do I get the information that I have to collect my tickets from a Computicket shop / facility as there is no Print At Home function. - So I STILL have to go out of my way to collect my tickets. What a waste of time and petrol! If I had known this, I wouldn't have bothered with their clunky website.
