No help offered

I just needed to delete one letter from the first name of a passenger booked on a domestic flight from Durban to Johannesburg, it will be on his birthday and his first flight EVER! I asked Computicket to assist as the booking was made via them, but they cannot assist. I was then advised to speak to Kulula, who are the carriers. Kulula can't assist as Computicket is the booking agent! Very disappointed that this error cannot be rectified by either Computicket or Kulula!! It was my fault, and I am even wiling to pay a penalty, but unfortunately in this the 1st century, something as simple as my request cannot be rectified!?? I won't be using Computicket or Kulula again!!
