No feedback and no refund

I bought two tickets for the Boys 11 Men Joe concert for Friday 11 Dec 2015 at the CTICC. Unfortunately, when I got home from work the Friday, I discovered that they had broken into our home.. <br> <br> Myself and my husband then had to go to the police station to report the burglary, only to be sent back home and told to wait for the police there. <br> <br> Being in an emotional state and having to wait for the police, we could not attend the concert, another disappointment. After visiting Computicket, they told me they couldn't assist I had to call the call centre! So much for face to face interaction. I contact the call centre, just to be told to email the Call centre supervisor. I do so.. The supervisor then requests the case number and PHOTO EVIDENCE and that she will pass it on to Massive events!!. One month later and I request feedback, to which there is NONE!!!! Who is Massive Events??? When you visit their website, there is not even a contact number! Where is my R1000 as I still have the tickets (unused) and provided evidence as to why I couldn't attend!!!<br>
