No Assistnce/Poor Service

<p>I have purchased 6 tickets for the Disney on Ice show in Durban telephonically last year in October, at the time the baby in arms tickets were not opened for sales. Today 2 weeks before the event i tried to purchase 1 baby in arms ticket that i needed as part of my booking but they would not sell it to me saying that the sales are closed for the event, i tried to advise them that it is for a baby that will be sitting on my lap and not taking an additional seat and that i have a booking with them for 6 seated tickets but they refuse to sell me a baby in arms ticket, they say that they contacted the Durban event company to see if they can sell me the ticket but they did not allow them. this makes no sense at all as between the 6 seated tickets i bought, there will be 1 baby seated on a lap, they did not even take into consideration that i have already booked the 6 seated tickets with them. the lady telling me they have to take into consideration teh event capicity, i told her i understand that but i am not asking for a seat ticket but a baby in arms ticket for a baby and that it is 1 baby in arms ticket amoungst the 6 seated tickets. when i asked what must i do now as this is for the kids and baby and where must i leave my baby when i take the kids, she says there is nothing she can do, when i asked if i can get a refund, she said she can refund and will be able to sell the tickets in 1 minute because so many people want it, how will they be able to sell it when sales are closed??? funny how sales will open for cancelled tickets but not for a baby in arms ticket for an existing booking. very poor service, never take the clients needs into consideration, they must be happy as they already received their commission for selling the tickets</p>
