Never using Computicket again!

SO disappointed! I created an event through Computicket for the 12th of October. I started advertising for it in September and couldn't understand why I've only sold 2 tickets up to date with the amount of interest I got. Last night a friend informed me that when you try and book a ticket, it says 'no tickets available' - there are 50 tickets available, and I've only sold 2 up to date, so it has not been sold out! Ever since I've been trying to get hold of them - email, call center, whatsapp, and even facebook messenger, and I've gotten zero response from any of them! This event is for a new business of mine, so it is reflecting so badly that I'm advertising for something that people cannot access. I've followed their rules by telling people they can only book tickets online with them, and now I've lost countless clients. I will never use them again!
