NAG LAN rAge Tickets cancelled

So I ordered the tickets early the Saturday morning(1st of August) because as you know, these tickets are sold out within an hour. They then continued by telling me conformation will be sent within the week as soon as my payment clears. (The payment cleared from my side before I even got that email). They would send me an email, as well as contact me via cellphone. A week went by and no response. <br> <br> I contacted Computicket in regards to this, which they rep**** that they will send a conformation before the 31st. I went on with my daily life etc etc and today, get this, they told me my tickets has been cancelled.... Oh how great... They tried to contact a number I never gave them. I mean, it's a number that holds no merits to any of my previous or current contracts. They then start to accuse me of being the one at fault. Then after that fails for the operator, he accuses me of not responding via email.... which I ALSO DIDN'T GET! <br> <br> So now, I have to cancel everything because these idiots can't do their job right? <br> Also, I haven't even received a refund. <br> Thanks for ruining my weekend.
