Mzanzi resort invalid online ticket

I bought 3 tickets from Computicket online from mother's day soul sessions 12 May at Mzanzi resort ,1 of the tickets was not scanning it was giving us problems we waited for 1 hour 30 minutes to get to the even ,we told the security guards and i bought a new ticket I was advised to send an email of which I did and I was talking to Edna Moyo he asked 4 tickets and ref of which i did last week Thursday but still no feedback . I'm asking for a refund because I paid 4 a ticket I didn't use because it was invalid.
