My Ed Sheeran disaster

So Ed Sheeran tickets went on sale today and I thought that I would be able to book them online on the Computicket website.

However to me dismay there wasn't even a link online to take me to the checkout page clicking booking took me to a page where there was no way to purchase tickets. No matter where I clicked or tried to refresh the page there wan't a link. I'm really not happy with the reliability of computicket and I am extremely disatisief with the service.
