MISSING GUNS N ROSES DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES!!!! IMAGINE!!!

So my sister Michele Wilson bought 3 Guns N Roses tickets for 3 different people. One person went to collect 2 tickets at a Checkers(Alberton), they printed all 3 tickets but would only give him 2 as he only had 2 of the pre-tickets with him, he asked that the one remaining ticket be put back on the system as someone else would collect it. I went to my Checkers (Randburg) to collect my ticket and was told that it is not on the system, I cannot ride to Alberton to go to the Checkers that issued the ticket in error to collect!!!!!! Why can Computicket not reissue my ticket!!!!!! NOT MY FAULT THAT THE LADY AT THE CHECKERS PRINTED ALL 3 TICKETS WHEN SHE ONLY HAD 2 OF THE PRE-TICKETS!!,

NO THANKS TO YOU I WILL BE MISSING THE CONCERT!!!!!
