Computicket used to be such a trusted company but I wonder what happened as I see so many horrible reviews about them. Bought a ticket for my daughter to come home for holidays only to be told the ticket has been cancelled without even the courtesy of informing me. I received the confirmation email, money was deducted from my account. I called them and even mentioned that that was my last money besides the one for my daughter to eat on the road and taxi fare, we even had to borrow money to buy another ticket whilst they were "escalating the matter" , even today they are escalating the matter, they just don't care what would have happened to my daughter... I want my money back
