Justin Bieber Cpt Concert

Through Vivalgo and Computicket (a friend) i purchased 4 tickets to Justin Bieber in Cpt. The 2 tickets through Vivalgo cost R6000 and the 2 Computickets were R1240 each. We travelled to CPT from PE, accommodation and meals needed to paid for. We gave our daughters the golden circle tickets and gave them all the cash in our purses. The website indicate 'cash and card facilities' available. When we got inside, alas, no ATM and the refreshment stands did not have card facilities. We tried all gates to allow us to go and draw money outside, but nobody would allow us, and cited "International standards". We offered to leave Id books and car keys as collateral, but nobody could help us. We had to sit in that stadium from 5pm until 11pm without a thing to drink or eat.
After spending R8480 on tickets, R2000 on petrol, R600 on accommodation let alone pocket money for the Golden Circle teenagers, not being able to draw money and spend more money at one of Computicket concerts, this was disgusting. I have never been so angry in my entire life. The manager at the gate said we should contact Computicket for a full refund. I am happy to provide proof of my tickets ( i still have the stubs) and the Vivalgo invoice as proof of purchase. A lot of money for one evening, and not even a coke or packet of chips the whole evening. Shocking.
