It been over a Month waiting to be Refunded

It been over a Month waiting for them to refund me. I booked my ticket to Durban on the 17th of August 2024 until today I have not received my money. I booked a bus ticket online they did take money from my account but they did send me the ticket until it was time to leave I got to bus station my name was not on the list I had to book another bus because I urgently had to leave. I have been sending endless emails and provided with every proof but I haven't been refunded.
