Invalid tickets

As a gift to my clients I bought them soccer tickets to the Chiefs vs Pirates match ,my clients were so excited and happy to be going to the match. They got to the stadium and were told the tickets were used already and they couldn't get in . When i went to buy the tickets initially they system was down and the lady told me to come back later so she could of made some mistake or their was a system issue.I look like a total fool to my clients and as our corporate company i represent.<br> i went to Cresta two weeks ago they agreed their was an issue i still have no refund <br>
