Incomplete terms and conditions and Big Concert rudeness

<p>Well Booked a ticket for Iron ****on for sa****ay 21 May 2016 read all the terms and conditions before i did.</p> <p>No mention of no DSLR Cameras not being allowed or any other camera for that matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>after my emails being ignored i phoned Computicket. they also could not give me any answer and told me they will revert. 5 hours later i received a call and i got told not cameras allowed cause i will make a video....</p> <p> </p> <p>Well 1st of all Cellphones take a lot better videos than any DSLR - in hope of getting one concert photo ....not happening.</p> <p> </p> <p>Got told to Phone Big Concerts and i had a representitive who refused to put me through to a Supervisor.</p> <p>call was about 15:35 20 May 2015. Rasheen i think.<br /><br />1st Rude people working in the call centre just gave me a bad taste in my mouth.<br />2nd Fix your terms and condition!!!!!</p>
