Inadequate service from online service - refund to incorrect credit card

I am using your online chat forum and Andile just disappeared after I advised the refund was ade to a dormant credit card. Andile didn't even ask to which card the Disney on Ice tickets to be refunded to. THen he went silent for almost 20 minutes - this is completely unacceptable from your front line agents.
