I had booked a flight ticket for Kulula via computicket. I tried checking in online, I was very far from the airport and at a funeral,with no luck when using the booking reg received from computicket. Upon getting to the airport Kulula employee told me they just closed checkin and the reason I could not check in online was my phone software which made no sense at, Kulula never sent me any comms regarding my flight details and only did so 50 minutes before the flight departed which is 5 minutes before checkin closes at the airport. I had to book another flight ticket with another airline,I called computicket my issue was escalated to the travel supervisor who later advised me that I could not be refunded by Kulula as the funeral I was attending was not of immediate family (this being a grandmother that raised me). I raised my concerns with her and after anout a week she communicated again and told me that computicket will refund me and they indeed sent the voucher in less than 24hrs of her notifying me.
