I was ****** by computicket

In 2010 I was on holiday in CPT with friends, and we decided to go the Rick Ross concert, tickets were going for R450 Golden Circle. I swiped my card and seconds after I received an sms from ABSA saying that the amount of R450 was paid to computicket, the lady that helped me said that it did not reflect on her end and that I should get proof from the bank. Bank's were already closed so I printed a statement from the ATM, she refused to take it and said that I should return the next day for the refund. Mind you the concert was that evening, and I wa going to miss the concert. She didn't seem to care less. I did not get a refund, my boyfriend at the time had to part with R450 so I could purchase another ticket. I was livid. I reported the matter to Hello Peter, and a guy by the name of Llewellyn(sp) e-mailed and called me to try and assisted but he ended up ignoring me. I think of that money I lost and I get upset. I STILL want my money back.
