I WANT MY REFUND COMPUTICKET

on the 27th I bought 2 tickets online for ONE NIGHT WITH SJAVA happening on the 27th of October 2019, after 10 min I called computicket to cancel the 2 tickets because I meant to buy 4 tickets on the same row. they said they cancelled and they will do EFT for my refund and it should clear the next day buy when I called for follow up on the 30th of September they changed and said it will take 3 to 5 working days. I called again on 07/10/2019 and they said it will take 2 to 7 working days. I just want my refund for the 2 tickets because I bought 4 tickets again.
